Refunds and Returns:
All product descriptions and prices are made in good faith and shall be accurate to the best of our ability. Any errors in description or pricing will be rectified by our team member when brought to our attention. If a purchase is made based on a description that is inaccurate the customer will be entitled to a refund.
All goods sold by HSHISHA are guaranteed for 14 days against defects. If you are not happy with your purchase within 14 days from receipt of delivery then please contact us to arrange a return and refund. This excludes breakages due to the delivery process, we need to be notified within 48 hours of delivery, with photo of the broken item (the item can only be returned if it has not been used).
The customer will be liable for the cost of return of the product. HSHISHA may refund this cost at our discretion after assessing the returned product.
All of our parcels are sent with a signature required, If no signature required is authorized by the customer we take no responsibility for the outcome of the delivery if it is to go missing once delivered.
Hshisha provides a minimum 3 month manufacturers warranty. After this period has elapsed our support team is happy to review any issues that may be associated with our hardware but cannot guarantee replacement. We promise to provide a high quality of customer care and will ensure queries are promptly addressed and dealt with swiftly.

Order before midday and your purchase will be dispatched the next day.
At HSHISHA, we aim to deliver within 3-4 business days of placing your order almost anywhere in Australia. Standard delivery orders are shipped by Australia Post. Please note that standard delivery may take longer in certain rural areas.
Upon placing your order an automated confirmation email will be sent to you confirming receipt of your order. A subsequent email detailing your tracking number will be sent once the goods are dispatched.

If the goods are being delivered to your home, please ensure someone is at home who can sign for the delivery. We recommend your work or other suitable daytime address to ensure someone is available to accept your order.
